Refund Policy

Our Policy

ChemYou charges a one-time fee of €7 per report.

Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, it is generally non-refundable once generated. However, we want you to be satisfied, so we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis:

• Technical failure — if the system fails to produce a report after a successful payment, you are entitled to a full refund or a free retry.
• Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same report, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
• Other issues — email us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request fairly.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your Paddle transaction ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

EU / EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the EU and EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By ticking the consent checkbox and proceeding to payment you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital report and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the Directive.

If the report has not yet been generated at the time of your withdrawal request, the standard 14-day cooling-off period applies and a full refund will be issued.
