Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 June 2026
1. About the Service
ChemYou (chemyou.ai) provides an informational nutrition report based on blood test values you supply. The service is operated by Timur Farias, Lima, Peru.
The report is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet or supplementation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChemYou. If paid reports are enabled later, by placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. The Report
During free early access, you may upload a blood test PDF or enter values manually without payment. We process the data with an AI model and return a personalised nutrition report within minutes.
The quality of the report depends on the accuracy of the values you provide. ChemYou is not responsible for errors that originate from illegible or incorrect source documents.
4. Payment
ChemYou is currently available as free early access while payments are not live. If paid reports or subscriptions are enabled later, pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for paid transactions; your card details are never seen or stored by ChemYou.
5. UK Consumers — Specific Rights
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, the following apply in addition to the general terms above:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015: The digital content we supply (your nutrition report) must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it fails to meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction.
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: For paid digital content, you have a 14-day right to cancel. If you explicitly request immediate delivery after payment, that right may be lost once delivery begins. During free early access, no payment is collected.
- Unfair Terms: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Any term that would limit or exclude liability in a way not permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to you.
6. EU / EEA Consumers — Specific Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, EU Directive 2011/83/EU applies to paid digital content. During free early access, no payment is collected. If paid digital content is enabled later, any right of withdrawal information will be shown before purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
The report generated for you is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce it without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChemYou provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the report. For UK consumers, nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. However, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of UK consumer law that cannot be waived by contract. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you retain the benefit of equivalent mandatory EU consumer law provisions.
